  • You are required to pay a deposit for us to start working on your trip, it is non-refundable. The deposit is withdrawn from the price of the stay.

    Full payment must be completed prior to the commencement of the trip. Flexible payment plans are available, allowing up to six installments.

    No refunds will be issued on trips cancelled within 15 days of the starting date.

    For earlier cancellation, installments are each refundable for 7 days after issuance.
