Elura Travel curates and arranges bespoke travel experiences, including but not limited to:
Tailor-made itineraries
Accommodation arrangements
Concierge services
Transportation and activities coordination
Corporate and group travel design
We act as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party service providers (hotels, drivers, chefs, activity hosts, etc.). Elura Travel does not directly provide transportation, accommodation, or local services unless expressly stated.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Quotes and Confirmation
Prices and itineraries are provided as indicative offers. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and payment according to the specified terms.
3.2. Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, debit/credit card, or other options provided on our Site. Prices are expressed in EUR or USD unless otherwise stated.
3.3. Modifications and Cancellations
Changes requested after booking confirmation are subject to availability and possible extra costs. Cancellation terms vary by partner and will be communicated before payment.
4. Role and Responsibility
Elura Travel operates as a travel curator and organizer. We collaborate with independent partners to deliver experiences.
We are not liable for:
Accidents or incidents beyond our control
Changes or issues at accommodations
Traffic delays, weather disruptions, or natural events
Illnesses or injuries occurring during the stay
Omissions or misinformation from clients
However, Elura Travel commits to providing reasonable assistance in resolving issues that may arise during the trip.
5. Client Obligations
By booking with us, you agree to:
Provide accurate personal and travel information
Hold valid travel documents and insurance
Follow local regulations and instructions from providers
Refrain from unlawful or inappropriate behavior during the trip
Failure to comply may result in service denial without refund.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance, covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, accidents, and loss of belongings.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Site (logos, images, text, designs) is the intellectual property of Elura Travel / Sunday Agency FZ-LLC or its partners. Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable UAE data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including wars, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Laws of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates for corporate and contractual matters.
